The Induction
Five days. One cohort. The capstone experience where strategy becomes practice and peers become partners.
Canton, Ohio holds something that most cities cannot claim. It is where athletic greatness gets permanently recorded. Where names go from famous to immortal. The Pro Football Hall of Fame is not a museum. It is a statement about what happens when talent meets discipline across an entire career. That is the backdrop for this gathering, and it was chosen deliberately.
But this experience extends well beyond football. Over five days, cohort members will move between vineyards and research labs, between Jeffersonian dinners and innovation seminars, between quiet mornings on the water and structured conversations about philanthropy, capital formation, and health research that will shape the next decade of their work.
Every day has a different lens. Friday is built around for-profit strategy and market positioning. Saturday shifts to philanthropic giving, where members see impact infrastructure in action across projects throughout the region. Sunday is where it all converges: a fundraiser on the water, a communal dinner built from the day’s catch, and the kind of unscripted conversations that only happen when the right people are in the right place at the right time.
The people who change things are not the ones talking about it. They are the ones who show up, build alongside each other, and carry the work forward long after the weekend ends.
