The Harris Family Fund is not a pitch. It is an invitation. Nathan Harris spent two decades operating in real estate, hospitality, technology, and innovation before ever asking anyone to invest alongside him. He ran the venues. He placed the workforce. He sat in the rooms where the deals were structured, and he watched how capital moved through systems that were designed to benefit the people who built them, not the people who needed them.

The Harris Family Fund exists because the relationships Nathan built over those years became too valuable to leave on the table. The operators, the family offices, the founders, and the institutional thinkers who earned trust over years of working together, not months of networking. These are the people who invest alongside the Harris family. Not because they were sold. Because they saw the work.

Structure and Strategy

Investment Pathways

The Harris Family Fund deploys capital through three complementary structures, each designed for a different type of opportunity and investor relationship. The family invests its own capital first. Every position in the portfolio represents a commitment the Harris family has made before inviting outside participation.

PATHWAY 01

Direct Family Investments

The Harris family deploys its own capital across real estate, hospitality, technology, and diversified assets. These are operating positions and direct equity investments informed by twenty years of hands-on experience. The family maintains operational involvement where appropriate and takes a long-term hold approach with a 50-year enterprise horizon.

PATHWAY 02

The Family Circle Fund (506c)

A private equity fund structured as a Delaware limited partnership under SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c). Nathan Harris serves as sole General Partner. The fund underwrites deals across health-tech, biotech, commercial real estate, hospitality, innovation infrastructure, and staged life sciences. Open exclusively to verified accredited investors who complete independent third-party verification, KYC, and AML screening prior to accessing offering materials.

PATHWAY 03

Syndicated Co-Investments

SPV co-investments structured alongside family offices, institutional investors, and trusted operating partners. Each co-investment is documented separately with its own terms and does not expand the liability of the fund or any other vehicle within the enterprise. Deal flow is sourced through advisory relationships and operational networks built over two decades.

Where We Invest

Four Asset Classes

RE
Real Estate

Commercial and residential properties. Direct ownership, development, and value-add strategies. Long-term hold with cash flow focus. Nathan has been in real estate since the beginning.

HO
Hospitality

Venues, food and beverage operations, and experience-driven assets. Nine venues and over $50M in commercial hospitality is not a thesis. It is a track record.

TE
Corporate Innovation and Emerging Tech

Nathan has built across two decades of corporate innovation and technology work, identifying high-growth sectors before institutional capital arrives.

DV
Diversified

Opportunistic positions in consumer brands, NIL partnerships, and other assets that meet the fund return criteria and strategic alignment. Flexibility with discipline.

How We Got Here

The Operating History Behind the Thesis

Nathan did not study hospitality. He lived it. Nine venues. Over $50M in commercial real estate and hospitality. From the operational grind of food and beverage to the capital structure behind mixed-use development, he learned how these businesses work by running them, not reading about them. That operating history is the foundation of every real estate and hospitality position in the Family Circle.

The workforce platform Ease placed thousands of people into jobs and earned backing from gener8tor, CSA Partners, Plug and Play, and Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures. The deeper insight was not about staffing. It was about the broken infrastructure underneath the industries that everyone was trying to patch with software. That systems-level thinking now drives the technology thesis.

Family health challenges exposed what the data already showed: the healthcare system creates barriers that are structural, not accidental. Nathan spent years working at the intersection of innovation and healthcare through advisory relationships, and through that work, the family developed genuine pattern recognition in health-tech and biotech that most financial buyers do not have.

Nathan’s innovation advisory practice spans 14 service lines working with corporations, healthcare systems, universities, and public agencies. That advisory work generates proprietary deal flow across real estate, technology, hospitality, and life sciences. The investment opportunities come from relationships built over years of operational work, not databases.

Who Invests Alongside Us

The Harris Family Fund

The Circle is not open to everyone. It is open to the right people. The operators, family offices, institutional thinkers, and founders who have earned trust through years of working together. People who understand these industries because they have built in them, not because they read a deck about them.

01
Operators First

We invest alongside people who have run businesses, built teams, and know what the ground floor looks like. Operating experience is the entry requirement.

02
Trust Earned Over Years

The relationships that form the Circle were built over years of working together, not months of networking. Trust is the prerequisite, not the outcome.

03
Aligned Capital

Long-term hold philosophy. Patient capital. Ethical advantages over competitive advantages. Catalytic capital over extractive capital. If the timeline is quarterly, the Circle is not the right fit.

04
Information Advantage

Deal flow sourced through advisory relationships and operational networks. The opportunities come from proximity to the work, not proximity to pitch events.

05
Co-Investment Structure

SPV co-investments alongside the Harris family. You invest in what we invest in, under the same terms. Alignment is structural, not aspirational.

06
Accredited Investors Only

All investment opportunities within the Family Circle are available exclusively to verified accredited investors in compliance with SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c).

Investor FAQ

Who is eligible to invest? +

All investment opportunities within the Harris Family Fund are offered under SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c). Participation requires independent third-party verification of accredited investor status, completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) screening, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. These are completed through our secure investor portal before any offering materials are shared.

What is the minimum investment? +

Minimum investment amounts vary by offering and are disclosed in the private placement memorandum for each opportunity. Details are available after completing the verification process through the investor portal.

How are investments structured? +

The Harris Family Fund operates through three complementary pathways. The Harris family deploys its own capital through direct investments across real estate, hospitality, technology, and diversified assets, drawing on twenty years of operating experience. The family also structures SPV co-investments that allow trusted partners to invest alongside the family in specific deals, under the same terms and in the same positions. Additionally, The Family Circle fund is a private equity vehicle structured as a Delaware limited partnership under SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c), where the Harris Family Fund serves as General Partner. Full structural details, risk disclosures, and legal documentation for any pathway are provided through the secure investor portal after verification.

What is the expected hold period? +

The Harris Family Fund operates with a long-term, patient capital philosophy. Hold periods vary by asset class and individual position but are generally multi-year. This is not a vehicle for short-term speculation. Specific timelines are outlined in each offering memorandum.

How do I access offering materials? +

All offering documents, financial disclosures, and investment details are housed in a secure investor portal. To access it, you must first submit an inquiry, complete accredited investor verification, and pass KYC/AML screening. This process protects both the fund and its investors.

Is this a fund, a syndication, or something else? +

The Harris Family Fund encompasses multiple investment structures within one enterprise. It includes the family's direct investment activity, SPV co-investments alongside trusted partners, and a formal private equity fund structured as a Delaware limited partnership under Regulation D exemptions. It is not a registered investment fund, hedge fund, or public offering. Each pathway serves a different purpose and investor profile. Your legal and financial advisors can review the complete structure through the offering materials provided after verification.

What makes the Harris Family Fund different from other investment vehicles? +

The family invests its own capital first. Every position in the portfolio represents a commitment the Harris family has made with its own resources before inviting outside participation. The operating history behind the thesis, spanning twenty years across nine hospitality venues, venture-backed technology, and corporate innovation advisory, means the family has direct pattern recognition in the industries where capital is deployed. This is not a financial engineering exercise. It is an extension of decades of hands-on work.

Who is behind the Harris Family Fund? +

Nathan Harris is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of the Harris Family Fund and serves as sole General Partner of The Family Circle. His career spans more than twenty years across hospitality, real estate, technology, venture capital, innovation advisory, and structured philanthropy. The Harris Family Fund is a Wyoming Close Series LLC that serves as the parent holding company for all investment and operating activities.

Can I co-invest in a specific deal without committing to the fund? +

Yes. The Harris Family Fund offers SPV co-investment opportunities alongside the family in specific deals. These are structured separately from the fund and allow participation in individual positions. Terms, minimums, and eligibility are outlined on a deal-by-deal basis and provided after verification.

What does the inquiry process look like? +

Submit an inquiry through our form. The team will review your submission and, if aligned, provide instructions for accredited investor verification, KYC, and AML screening. After verification, you will receive access to the secure investor portal where full offering materials, the private placement memorandum, and deal details are available.
